message-demo gains a per-person Inbox rail (useInbox, done/snooze); sending surfaces a NEEDS_REPLY item in the other pane; reading auto-resolves it. smoke-inbox.mjs proves the event-driven flow end-to-end (send -> relay -> projector -> inbox -> read -> DONE).
